Welcome to MK Seller Zone. We sell online video courses that teach how to start, run, and grow an e-commerce business. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of our courses. By creating an account, buying a course, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the consent of a parent or guardian.
You must give accurate details when registering and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
One account is for one person. Sharing your login with others is not allowed.

2. Our courses

Our courses are pre-recorded, self-paced video courses delivered online. Course descriptions, content lists, and prices are shown on each course page. We may update, improve, or reorganise course content over time to keep it current.

3. Access to purchased courses

After successful payment, the course is added to your account and you get instant access.
Purchased courses come with lifetime access, meaning access for as long as the course and the MK Seller Zone platform are offered online.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch the course for your own learning only.
If a course is ever discontinued, we will try to give reasonable notice where possible.

4. Prices & payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Courses are a one-time payment — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments using UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods offered at checkout.
Prices and offers may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for.
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually reversed automatically by the bank/gateway within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with your transaction details.

5. Refund & cancellation policy

Our courses are digital products that are delivered instantly after payment. Because the content becomes available to you immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased, except in the following cases:

Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same course.
Payment taken but no access — your payment was successful but the course was not added to your account, and we are unable to fix it.

To request a refund in these cases, contact us at mksellerzone@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your registered email and transaction ID. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.

6. Results & earnings disclaimer

Our courses are for educational purposes only. We share methods, strategies, and examples about e-commerce, online selling, and business growth, but we do not promise or guarantee any specific income, sales, profit, or business result.

Any examples of earnings or student success shown on our website are not typical and should not be taken as a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, investment, product choice, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Starting a business involves risk, including the risk of losing money. You are solely responsible for your business decisions, and we recommend consulting qualified professionals for legal, tax, and financial advice.

7. Third-party platforms

Our courses may refer to third-party marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics providers, advertising platforms, and software tools. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms unless clearly stated. Their rules, fees, and policies can change at any time, and we are not responsible for their services, account suspensions, or decisions. You must follow their terms when using them.

8. Intellectual property

All course videos, text, slides, downloads, graphics, logos, and other content on MK Seller Zone are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not:

Download, record, screen-capture, copy, or redistribute course videos or materials.
Share, sell, resell, rent, or give away your account or course access.
Upload our content to any website, group, channel, or file-sharing service.
Use our content to create a competing course or product.

If we find a violation, we may suspend or permanently close your account without a refund, and we may take legal action.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its security or operation, using bots or scrapers, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, share your account, pirate our content, or commit payment fraud or chargeback abuse. You may stop using the website and request account deletion at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

The website and courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MK Seller Zone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of profits, revenue, business, or data — arising from your use of the website or courses or from acting on any information in them. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the course concerned.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MK Seller Zone harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or course content.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered business address.
